Miss It...... First of all, you will notice our new project has just arrived. These are some of the favorites sung with a new vitality and conviction. I don’t believe “One Scarred Hand” has never been sweeter, and when you hear Robin Rogers sing “Safe Thus Far”, it will surely thrill you.
I’m sure you have enjoyed Brother Bruce Graham’s article on “Faith,” and the new article by Brother Mike Holcomb. These articles will either tell you something you did not know, or refresh your memory. Either way, I pray we can all begin to look more deeply and take more seriously this thing called “Faith.” The Perry’s new single is “Holy Shore.” We all want to be drawn aside, sometimes, and take a moment to dwell where John dwelt on the Isle of Patmos; to simply sit back and be blessed by visions of a better day. “Holy Shore” will take you there with beautiful voices, lovely music and that one thing most precious—the touch of the Holy Spirit. Finally, take a look at our schedule. You ladies may just need to get together with other ladies in one of these conferences. It is a wonderful way to feel connected with other sisters-in-Christ who fight the same battles, who pray for each other, and focus on how we can be better supporters of our pastors, churches, and families. We also learn how to take time for ourselves. We forget, as women, we are individuals, too…just little lambs who need to rest by a still stream every once in a while. Look for information on Pray-A-Day 2008 when we will be spending the entire year praying for God’s preaching men. I believe our prayers are going to make a huge difference in the lives of these Under Shepherds. If you want to hear us sing, you can make plans ahead of time to be with us in a meeting near you. One final note: Pray-A-Day women and Christians everywhere, don’t forget to pray for revival in America! Please make time to pray for a great awakening in our blessed nation. ~Kyla
